Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Lamb: Talk to Jesus (the App, we, us) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

Account information

Your email address and first name, provided when you create an account.

User content

Prayer journals, chat messages, favorite verses, confession entries, and related spiritual content you create within the App.

Subscription data

Purchase status and entitlements (handled by Apple and our subscription provider).

Technical data

Anonymous device identifier, crash reports, and performance metrics needed to operate the App.

What we do not collect

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data, or advertising identifiers. We do not perform cross-app tracking and we do not sell your data.

How we use your information

Third-party services

The App relies on the following processors. Each provider is bound by its own privacy commitments:

Supabase

Authentication and database hosting. supabase.com/privacy

Anthropic (Claude)

Processes your chat messages to generate AI responses. Messages are sent in real-time and are not used to train models. anthropic.com/legal/privacy

RevenueCat

Apple

App Store purchases, push notifications, and crash reporting. apple.com/legal/privacy

Data retention

Your account data and content are retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@withlamb.com, or directly in the App through Me › Settings › Personal information › Delete account. Upon deletion, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest by our hosting providers. No method of transmission over the Internet is one hundred percent secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. The date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision took effect.
